The Secrets You Need To Know To Having Strong And Loyal Bodyguards In Mafia Wars
If you want to make it to the top in Mafia Wars, you’re not going to be able to do it alone. You need money, the right equipment, and a strong and loyal family. Within this family, you need bodyguards who will do anything to protect and defend you and your property. A lot of people underestimate the huge importance bodyguards play in your success. In reality, bodyguards can mean the difference between you moving you being able to level up easily, and you being fed to the dogs by your enemies.
Think you don’t need bodyguards, think again. There are really two main reasons you need them to succeed in Mafia Wars. First they are essential to completing your jobs later on in the game, if you make it that far. If you reach level 25 -34 you will need the services of at least 2 bodyguards to help you finish the job in Capo tier.
Before you even reach anything close to that level though, you need bodyguards to boost your defenses. To even get to that type of level, you’re going to face some enemies on your way. A good defense system means you’ve got a better chance of getting rid of your enemies before they beat you up and teach you a lesson. Your bodyguards will be your first line of defense against the enemies you will face. Without them, you’re on your own and you won’t last long.
One of the most common ways of getting a bodyguard is to complete the “Protect Your City Against A Rival Family” job in the Hitman stage. It is a random loot item so you will need to keep completing the jobs until you get what you’re after.
Another way you can get more bodyguards protecting you is to actually receive them as gifts from other high level players. Don’t waste your time messing around with players that are inactive, they won’t do anything for you. High level players are the ones who are loaded with useful loot items. They’ve got so many that they’ll give them away, if you’re good to them, and one of the items they can give you is a bodyguard. But the key to this is to help them out and to give them gifts first. They need a reason to give you something. Be good to them first, and they will reciprocate the giving.
There is another way of getting bodyguards on your side, but I don’t recommend it for those still in the initial stages of the game. This involves getting bodyguards as random dropped items in fights. If you’re still in the early stages of the game, you shouldn’t be fighting. You don’t have enough energy, not enough strength in your family (if you even have one) and you don’t have the right equipment. Don’t think you can just start out by kicking some butt. It doesn’t work like that. This will get you straight on to the Fight List, where higher level players who are far more powerful and experienced than you will rob you, snuff you and knock you out. You need to increase your energy points by working and building yourself and your family up before you can begin fighting frequently. That’s when the real bodyguards will come running your way.
Next thing you know, you’ve got a strong army of loyal bodyguards who will do anything for you. That’s when you know you’re dominating the game and have become a Godfather.
